Warehouse box FAQ

Can I buy individual products instead of a box?
No. OverstockHemp sells Warehouse Boxes only. Every order is a box, which is how we keep pricing far below ordinary online retail.
Can I choose the flavors or strains inside my box?
No. Contents are warehouse-selected from current inventory. Each box guarantees the listed product categories and minimum product count.
What if something in the photo is out of stock?
We substitute within the same product category at equal or greater value. We never substitute a restricted, expired, quarantined or state-ineligible item.
Do I have to be 21?
Yes. All boxes are 21+ only. Age and identity verification runs at checkout, and delivery requires an adult signature where required.
Are lab results available?
Yes. Every activated lot publishes its batch number and certificate of analysis in our COA lookup.
Why can't I add a box to my cart yet?
Boxes stay locked until they clear product approval: documents and COAs attached, expiration verified, state eligibility mapped and legal review recorded.
