Shipping
We only ship where the product is eligible
Eligibility is evaluated per product, per state and per ZIP code at cart and again at checkout. Orders placed to an ineligible address are cancelled and refunded in full.
Consumer shipping
- Low-value orders: customer-paid shipping calculated at checkout.
- Mid-value orders: discounted shipping.
- High-value orders: free shipping only where order contribution supports it.
- Adult signature applied where the product or destination requires it.
Carrier and product rules
- Each product carries a shipping class covering carrier eligibility and lithium-battery handling for devices.
- Products subject to the PACT Act are not shipped by any method until registration and carrier approval are documented.
- Split shipments are used when a cart mixes shipping classes.
Wholesale freight
- Pallet and truckload orders are quoted separately with lift-gate and residential surcharges disclosed.
- Freight claims for loss or damage follow the carrier's process; we file on the buyer's behalf.
Lost, damaged or defective
Report a delivery problem within 7 days of the delivery scan. Defect claims require the batch number and photographs of the product and packaging. See our returns and defects policy for the full process.
