Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for personal use in a jurisdiction where the specific product is legal. We verify age and identity before accepting an order and may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Products and documentation

Products are sold as genuine branded overstock with batch documentation. We make no medical, therapeutic or disease-treatment claims. Product statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Shipping restrictions

Orders to states or ZIP codes where a product is not eligible are cancelled and refunded. Adult signature is required where applicable.

Wholesale

Wholesale purchases require an approved account, verified business identity and a valid resale certificate. Credit is not extended by default. Wholesale sales are excluded from the lowest-price guarantee and from consumer return rights.

Returns, defects and chargebacks

Age-restricted consumable products cannot be returned once delivered except for verified defects. Defect claims require batch numbers and photographs. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.
