Compliance controls are built into the product system, not left to memory. A SKU cannot become purchasable until it passes every gate below.
Product eligibility workflow

Box created from supplier data. Never visible to shoppers.
- Documents required
COA, batch, expiration, ingredients, photos and supplier invoice must be attached for every item that can appear in the box.
- Legal review
Cannabinoid profile, total-THC compliance, claims language and category eligibility reviewed.
- Approved for sale
Purchasable, in eligible states only, with warnings and tax/shipping class applied.
- Restricted by state
Blocked at cart and checkout for ineligible destinations.
- Wholesale only
Available to verified wholesale accounts only.
- Quarantined
Held and excluded from the storefront, search and every warehouse box.
- Sold out
Kept visible for SEO with accurate availability, not purchasable.
- Archived
Retired with its document history retained for audit.
Age & identity verification
The 21+ notice on entry is a disclosure, not verification. Before an order is accepted we run identity and age verification, match billing and shipping identity, validate the address, check per-product state and ZIP eligibility, apply quantity limits, and require adult signature where the product or destination demands it. We retain only the verification result and provider reference — identity documents are not stored and verification data is never written to application logs.
Claims policy
We do not make medical, therapeutic, disease-treatment, sexual-performance or intoxicating-effect claims, and we do not describe products in ways that appeal to minors. Product copy is limited to contents, format, brand and documented lab results.
