Find the identical, authentic, in-stock product from an eligible U.S. retailer at a lower advertised item price and submit it for review. Approved claims receive a price adjustment that beats the verified price by 5%, subject to the terms below.

Terms

  1. 01The competing item must be the identical SKU: same size, formulation, device, package count and flavour where applicable.
  2. 02The competing item must be in stock and available to ship to your address at the time of review.
  3. 03The competitor must be a legitimate, licensed U.S. retailer. Marketplace and third-party sellers are excluded unless approved in advance.
  4. 04Expired product, clearance pricing errors, auction listings, membership-only pricing and stacked coupons are excluded.
  5. 05We compare the advertised item price; shipping and tax are evaluated separately and disclosed in the decision.
  6. 06Claims must be submitted within 14 days of your order date and include a working link or dated screenshot.
  7. 07Adjustments are capped per order and per customer, and are subject to fraud review.
  8. 08Every claim receives human review. Wholesale and freight transactions are excluded.
